摘要
目的调查国内手术室术后随访的开展现状。方法采用问卷调查方法,对国内15个省份的109所三级、二级医院的手术室进行术后随访开展现状调查。结果109所医院手术室有43.1%开展了术后随访,有36.7%同时开展了术前访视和术后随访,有32.1%术前访视和术后随访均未开展。三级医院和二级医院手术室在是否已开展术后随访的医院数量上无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论术后随访是手术全期护理的重要内容;目前国内术后随访尚未普遍开展,发展不完善。
Objective To investigate the present conditions on the development of ppostoperative of postoperating room in China. Methods 109 hospitals from 15 Chinese provinces were investigated for postoperative visiting of operating room by a self-designed questionnaire. Results 43. 1% of the hospitals had carried out postoperative visiting, 36.7% had carried out both preoperative visiting and postoperative visiting, 32. 1% had carried out none of the 2 programs. The number of third-class hospitals which carried out postoperative visiting was not significantly different from that of the second-class hospitals （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Postoperative visiting is one of the important parts of perioperative nursing. At present, the development of postoperative visiting in China is neither widespread nor satisfactory.
