摘要
目的探讨全程护理干预对老年性白内障患者心理状况的影响。方法选取2008年1月至10月新乡医学院三附院收治的老年性白内障患者92例,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组各46例,对照组患者接受常规护理措施,对观察组患者在常规护理干预的基础上采取全面的评估,针对患者入院后的主要心理问题,实施全过程,个体化心理护理,并通过焦虑自评量表分别测定两组患者在手术前1-3d的焦虑标准分,观察两组老年手术患者心理焦虑状况。结果通过对老年手术患者实施全程护理干预,结果显示,干预后患者的焦虑状况明显低于干预前,与对照组相比差异显著P,〈0.05。结论全程护理干预的实施能够消除老年白内障手术患者的不良心理状态,降低焦虑发生率,明显增强患者的应对能力,有效降低手术并发症的发生,提高手术成功率及患者的满意度,因此,对老年手术患者开展护理干预是必要的。
Objective This paper investigated the influence of the whole range of nursing intervention on psychological condition of senile cataract patients.Method Ninety-two cases with senile cataract hospitalized in Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from January to October of 2008 were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly.The cases of observation group and control group were forty-six respectively.The patients in control group received routine nursing.The patients in observation group received overall evaluation based on routine nursing.All patients received the whole range and individual psychological nursing according to their main psychological problems after admission.The psychological anxiety condition of patients in two groups was observed by measuring their ansiety standard scores through self-rating anxiety scale.Result The results showed that the psychological anxiety condition of patients after nursing intervention was significantly lower than before.There was significant difference between observation group and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The whole range of nursing intervention could clear up the harmful psychological condition,lower incidence of anxiety and increase handling ability of senile cataract patients.The whole range of nursing intervention could also effectively lower complication rate and increase success rate of operation and the satisfaction of patients.Therefore,it is important to carry out nursing intervention for senile cataract patients.
