摘要
在回顾国内法律翻译历史的基础上,重点分析我国法律翻译研究的现状。以文献研究为线索,通过对过去12年来(2000—2011)刊登在国内重点外语类期刊上有关法律翻译的文章进行了检索统计,并在统计和分析的基础上,总结了国内法律翻译研究的特点,概述了研究成果,同时也指出了研究中存在的诸多问题。最后预测了未来的发展趋势,以期进一步促进法律翻译研究的发展。
The history of legal translation in China can be traced back to Qing dynasty and has gone through three stages： the embryonic stage, the slow-progress stage and the flourishing stage. With a review of the history of domestic legal translation, this paper analyzes the status quo of research on legal translation in China. This paper, based on a survey of the research articles on legal translation published in domestic FL journals over the past twelve years （2000-2011）, sums up the features of domestic research on legal translation, reviews the achievements made in this research field, points out the major problems existing in the contemporary research. In order to further promote the development of legal translation research, the tendency towards future research is also predicted.
