摘要
目的:为医院降低门诊退药次数提供参考。方法:我院门诊药房运用"品管圈"的PDCA模式,通过自行设计退药原因查检表来把握医院门诊发生退药的现状,并通过对2012年—2013年我院门诊退药数据的回顾分析,拟定改善措施和进行效果确认。结果与结论:经过为期8个月的活动,我院门诊退药次数从原来的248次/周减少到目前的200次/周,目标达成率为95.3%。由此可见,药房通过PDCA管理模式,确实为医院降低门诊退药次数提供了有力的保障,同时也提升了药学服务质量,提高了患者对医院的满意度。
Objectives: To provide references for reducing outpatient drug repercussion. Methods: Guided by PDCA mode of QCC, questionnaire focusing on drug repercussion causes in outpatient was designed to get the current status in our hospital. Through retrospective analysis of the drug repercussion data during 2012~2013, the improvement measures and effect assessment were made. Results and Conclusions:After 8 months of applying PDCA mode, drug repercussion has been reduced from 248 cases per week to 200 cases per week, the rate of target completion is 95.3%. It shows PDCA practice in pharmacy can really provide powerful support to reduce drug repercussion, improve pharmaceutical care quality and increase patient satisfaction to our hospital.
