摘要 目的通过在药剂科药学人员中试行品管圈活动,探索在门诊药房管理中的应用及其效果分析,营造团队愉快团结的工作氛围,提高本科室人员参与自我管理和解决问题的能力。方法将品管圈培训训练模式引入科室的质量管理工作中,在此基础上,我院门诊药房按品管圈活动的10个步骤实施各项活动。结果通过开展以提高门诊药房实库存准确率为主题的品管圈活动,使药品实库存准确率由75%升至92.8%,进步率达23.7%,达标率104%;圈员责任心、解决问题能力、工作效率、凝聚力、工作积极性、品管手法均有一定程度的提高。结论开展品管圈活动,提高了药剂科人员解决问题的能力,从而降低发药差错率,保证患者用药安全有效,提升了门诊药房药学服务质量。 Objective To implement the quality control circle (QCC) in pharmacy staff, investigate its application of the outpatient pharmacy management and its effect, create staff collaboration and team spirit and enhance the staff involvement in self management and problem solving skills. Methods The QCC training mode was introduced in the quality management of Pharmacy Department, and QCC activities were implemented by 10 steps. Results We tried to improve the inventory accuracy in outpatient pharmacy by QCC activities, from 75% to 92.8%, with the progressive rate of 23.7%. Intangible outcomes included circle member responsibility, problem-solving skills, efficiency, solidarity and enthusiasm. Conclusion The QCC activities have improved the problem-solving skills of pharmacy personnels, reduced prescription error rate, and enhanced the quality of pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy.
