摘要
目的:分析我院门诊药房退药的主要原因,优化服务流程,促进合理用药。方法:利用Excel软件进行退药数据处理,应用帕累托图分析退药的主要原因。结果:药品不良反应、患者因素、医生因素是造成退药的主要因素,转入院、不合理用药为次要因素,其余为一般因素。结论:针对造成退药现象的主要原因,应加强制度建设、加强处方点评、提高医生的诊治水平和服务意识、加强药师素质等。
Objeetive： To investigate the main reasons of drug withdrawal, optimize the dispensaxy process, and promote rataonal clinical medication. Methods： The drug withdrawal data were collected and processed with Excel software. The pareto diagram was used to analyze the main reasons for drug withdrawal. Results： The main reasons for drug withdrawal were adverse drug reactions, patients and doctors. The secondary reason were hospital transfer and irrational drug use. Conclusion ： According to the main reasons of drug withdrawal, a series of measures including system construction and prescription evaluation should be strengthened to limit the primary and secondary factors of withdrawal into the controllable and acceptable range.
