摘要
目的调查该院门诊药房退药原因,为减少门诊退药提供参考。方法对该院门诊药房的463张退药单进行汇总、统计分析。结果门诊患者退药的主要原因为药物不良反应、不合理用药等。退药品种以抗菌药物最多,其中喹诺酮药物居首位。结论提高医师诊疗水平,加强医患沟通,建立退药制度,减少退药,确保用药安全。
Objective To investigate the cause of drug withdrawal in dispensary for outpatients,in order to reduce out-patient drug withdrawal.Methods Analyzed 463 drug withdrawal single in dispensary for outpatients of the hospital.Results The main reason for drug withdrawal in dispensary for outpatients was adverse reactions to drugs and irrational drug therapy.variety of drug withdrawal was antimicrobial best,which ranked first in quinolone drug.Conclusion Improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of physician,enhance physician-patient communication,set up drug withdrawal system to reduce drug withdrawal,ensure drug safety.
