摘要
采用KromasilC18 为分析柱、0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钠液 -甲醇 (体积比67∶33 ,用磷酸调 pH2.4)为流动相、272nm为检测波长 ,以HPLC外标法测定复方制剂中诺氟沙星的含量。该法能很好地分离被测组分和有关杂质 ,被测组分的线性关系良好 ,回收率令人满意。该法专属性好 ,快速、准确。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method is reported for the quantitative determination of norfloxacin in compound preparation using Kromasil C18 column as a separation column and 0.01 mol/L NaH2PO4-CH3OH(67∶33 by volume, adjusted to pH=2.4 with H3PO4) system as a mobile phase. Norfloxacin was quantitatively determined by external standard method at the wavelength of 272 nm. The component studied was well separated from the others of compound preparation. The calibration curve was in good linearity over the mass concentration of 1.25~25 mg/L for norfloxacin. The average recovery was 99.6%, while RSD was 2.0%(n=6). The method is specific, rapid and accurate.
