摘要
目的建立药物制剂中诺氟沙星的流动注射化学发光测定法。方法选择氢氧化钠溶液为介质,选择鲁米诺,高碘酸钾为反应剂,采用流动注射化学发光法测定诺氟沙星。结果选择鲁米诺浓度5.0×10-5mol/L,高碘酸钾浓度6.0×10-4mol/L,可在试剂消耗最少的情况下得到最强发光信号。诺氟沙星浓度与化学发光信号范围线性为5.0×10-8~2.0×10-6mol/L,检出限为1.8×10-8mg/L,回收率96.0%~101.5%,相对标准偏差1.59%~2.04%。结论该方法简便快捷、灵敏度高,可用于药物制剂中诺氟沙星的含量检测。
Objective To estabblished a new flow injection chemiluminescence system for norfloxacin. Methods NaOH, Luminol, KIO4 were chosen. The flow injection chemiluminescence system was used for norfloxacin. Results Concentration of Luminol 5.0× 10-5 mol/L, KIO4 6.0 × 10-4 mol/L was optimization. The relative chemiluminescence intensity was linear with the norfloxacin in the range of 5.0× 10 8 --2.0× 10-6 tool/L, the detection limit was 1.8× 10.8 mg/L, the recovery rate was 96% -- 101.5%, relative standard deviation was 1.59% -- 2.04%. Conclusion It provides a simple, rapid, highly sensitive method of norfloxacin in pharmaceutic preparation.
