摘要
文章基于2010年中国家庭动态跟踪调查(CFPS)成人问卷数据库,应用Ordinal logit模型分析了工作满意度与工作性质正规与否的关系。结果表明,非正规工作性质对于从业者的工作满意度有负面影响。同时分析了本研究存在的一些问题,并指出这项研究重要的现实意义。
Based on the data of the CFPS for adults in 2010, the Ordinal Logit model is used to analyze the relationship between employment type and job satisfaction in China after controlling some typical socio-demographic factors. In terms of the statistical result, working informally does have a significantly negative impact on job satisfaction. This conclusion has the potential to shed light on the chief defect of China's employment policy today. In the end, the weak points of this study are also discussed.
