两株抗香蕉枯萎病生防菌的筛选与生防效应研究 被引量:8

摘要 筛选获得高效生防枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)BLG01和BDF11,并通过小区试验测定施用BLG01和BDF11与有机液肥对香蕉生长、枯萎病病情指数、枯萎病病原菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense,FOC)与可培养细菌数量的影响.室内试验结果表明,BLG01和BDF11对香蕉枯萎病病原菌的抑制率分别达70.4%和77.2%.小区试验结果表明,在香蕉移栽100 d时,各试验处理均能能促进香蕉生长和提高控病作用,其中以BLG01和BDF11与有机液肥同时施用[LOF(BL1+BDF1 1)]的防病作用最显著,香蕉株高、茎围、地上部、地下部鲜和防效显著提高,联合处理病情指数下降了45.39%~65.87%,根际FOC的logCFU降低40.5%~50.1%,可培养细菌数量的logCFU增加25.8%~32.8%;FOC与根际可培养细菌数量呈极显著负相关关系,与病情指数呈极显著正相关关系.结果表明,枯草芽胞杆菌配施有机液肥可促进香蕉生长,降低枯萎病病原菌数量,提高根际可培养细菌数量,增加对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果,具有较大的应用前景. A field plot experiment was conducted to test the effects of application Bacillus subtilis BLG01 and BDF11 screened from antagonistic Bacillus strains and liquid organic fertilizer(LOF) on the growth of banana plant, disease severity index (DSI) of fusarium wilt, survival ability of FOC and cultivable bacteria population in rhizosphere of banana. Indoor testing showed that BLG01 and BDFll restrained the mycelial growth of FOC by 70.4% and 77.2% on PDA plate. The results of field experiment showed that, after 100 days of transplanting, all treatments could increase the growth of banana and control efficiencies compared to control treatment. B. subtilis BLG01, BDF11 and LOF together had the biggest control efficiency on banana fusarium wilt. In the optimum treatment, the plant height, stem thickness, fresh weight of aerial and underground part of banana significantly increased, combined DSI decreased by 45.39%-65.87%, the number of FOC decreased significantly by 40.5%-50.1%%, while the number of bacteria in rhizosphere increased significantly by 25.8%- 32.8%. The number of FOC was significantly negatively correlated to cultured bacteria in rhizosphere, while was significantly positively correlated to DSI. The results indicate that applying B. subtilis BLG01 and BDFll with LOF can effectively promote the growth of banana, decrease the number of FOC and improve cultivable bacteria population at rhizosphere of banana, and increase the control effect on banana fusarium wilt, and it shows wide application prospect.
