几种植物致病镰刀菌毒素滤液的生物测定 被引量:7

摘要 于1985—1986年采集了西瓜枯萎病菌(F. Oxysporum f. sp. niveum)等8种致病镰刀菌,经分离、接种、再分离、纯化,获得纯培养,经鉴别培养基鉴别后,又对几种尖孢菌进行交互接种试验,证明其为不同专化型。分别做液体振荡培养,用毒素滤液漫苗法,观察幼苗的病状表现,从而确定毒素的有无。结果证明,西瓜枯萎病菌等六种致病镰刀菌均能产生毒素。 From 1985 to 1986, 8 Fusarium strains including Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum were obtained. They were identified on selective culture medium, and every plant tested was separately inoculated with 8 strains. They belonged to different specialiyed forms. To determine the toxin-producing ability of the pathogens, seedling were soaked in the filtrates which were obtained by vibrating liquid culture. The results showed that the toxin could be produced by 6 of 8 strains including Fusarium wilt pathogen of water melon.
