摘要
目的：探讨高龄体检血脂检验分析研究，对减少高脂血症的发生具有重要意义。方法回顾性分析该院自2012年6月-2013年5月以来收治的260例老年人的血脂状况进行检测，其中，男137例，女123例，年龄为45-78岁，平均年龄为61.2岁。结果60岁以上的老年人高血脂检出率最高，达到了80.6%，40-50岁之间的老年人高血脂检出率为58.9%，55-60岁之间的老年人高血脂检出率为51.7%。结论高血脂症随着年龄的增长呈上升的趋势，60岁以上的老年人在这几个年龄阶段的高血脂症发病率最高。
Objective To analyze the blood lipid test in elderly physical examination with the important significance of reducing the incidence of hyperlipemia. Methods The blood lipid test of 260 cases of elderly patients admitted in our hospital from June, 2012 to May, 2013 was analyzed retrospectively. Of whom, there were 137 males, 123 females, aged from 45-78, mean age was 61.2 years old. Results The detection rate of hyperlipidemia of patients over 60 years old was the highest, which reached 80.6%, that of the patients between 40-50 years old was 58.9%, and that of the patients between 55-60 years old was 51.7%. Conclusion The incidence of hyperlipidemia increases with the growth of age. Of the above age grades, patients over 60 years old have the highest incidence of hyperlipidemia.
