摘要
文中从理论的角度分析了高职文科专业人才培养模式建设的基本问题,并进一步从校企共建人才培养方案、校企共建理论教学体系、校企共建实践教学体系、校企共建师资团队、校企共建人才考核评价体系、校企共建教学质量评价体系、校企共建校企合作保障机制等7个方面探讨了构建高职文科专业人才培养模式的内容。
This paper analyzes the basic problems of the construction of the talent training mode in art programs athigher vocational colleges, and further discusses the issue from seven aspects： the talent cultivation plan , the theoryteaching system, the practical teaching system, the teacher team of school-enterprise construction, the talent evaluationsystem, the teaching quality evaluation system, the cooperation between colleges and enterprises school-enterpriseconstruction.
