摘要
目的:评价积雪草总苷缓释片体外释药行为,并对其释药模型进行考察。方法:以反映积雪草主要药效的指标成分——积雪草苷(Asiaticoside,AS)和羟基积雪草苷(Madecassoside,MS)为指标,采用HPLC方法测定该中药释释片的体外释放度,并采用一级、修正后的Higuchi方程以及Cubic方程对缓释片的体外释放特性进行数学模型拟合。结果:以水为释放介质,该中药缓释片可维持指标成分的缓慢释放;相比较于一级方程和Higuchi方程,与Cubic方程所得到的拟合模型更理想(r=0.9989)。结论:CUBIC方程能较好的描述积雪草总苷缓释片的释药规律。
Objective： To study the in vitro release kinetics of Centella Asiatica sustained tablets. Methods： The in vitro re- lease behavior of madecassoside and asiaticoside from the sustained tablets were investigated by RP-HPLC method developed. And first- order equation Higuchi equation, and CUBIC equation were established for studying the in vitro release kinetics. Results ： Compared to Higuchi equation and first-order equation, CUBIC equation was fit the best （ r = 0. 9989） . Conclusion ： In vitro release kinetics of Centella Asiatica sustained tablets could be well characterized by CUBIC equation.
