摘要
目的评估积雪苷霜治疗烧伤创面的疗效。方法96例烧伤患者随机分成积雪苷霜治疗组和对照组,积雪苷霜组采用积雪苷霜外敷创面,对照组不加外用药,两组全身治疗方案相同。随访评估两组的平均愈合时间。结果与B组相比,A组平均愈合时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论积雪苷霜有助于中小面积烧伤创面的愈合,疗效较好。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of centella triterpenes cream in the treatment of burn wounds. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the centella triterpenes cream group（n=48） and the control group（n=48）. The mean healing time was compared between two groups. Result The mean healing time of the centella triterpenes cream group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Centella triterpenes cream can be used effectively in the healing of micro-to-moderate burn wounds.
