摘要
运用UG6.0软件建立了改进后的新型转向泵支架的三维几何模型,并将其导入有限元分析软件workbench14.0进行有限元建模,通过此软件分析得出了改进后支架的应力云图和应变云图,结果显示其满足强度和刚度的要求;为避免共振现象的产生又进行了模态分析,得出了其固有频率和振型,经过与外部激振频率相比较得出支架能够避免共振。上述静力分析和模态分析结果表明改进型支架结构设计合理,能满足使用要求。
A simplified 3D geometry model of the modified steering pump bracket is established with UG6.0 software, then it is imported to workbenchl4.0 which is finite element analysis software. Through this ware analysis it gets stress contours and strain contours of modified bracket, whose results show that the strength and stiffness of new bracket meets the requirements. In addition, a modal analysis is done to get nature frequencies and vibration shapes, whose results show that no resonance may occur for the bracket caused by external excitation frequencies. As these results of static analysis and modal analysis indicaze that the design of bracket is rational and it can meet the use requirements.
