摘要 某车载相控阵雷达电源功率密度大,发热较大,雷达对电源的体积和重量有严格要求,加之工作环境苛刻,在较小空间内研制重量轻、可靠性高的电源难度较大。文中针对上述环境特点和边界条件,提出了电源整体结构设计思路,并着重讨论了力学设计、热设计和环境适应性设计中的关键问题。设计结果和最终试验证明,该电源具有良好的工作稳定性和可靠性。文中的研究结果对车载雷达电源的结构设计具有参考意义。 The power supply for a vehicle-borne phased-array radar is characterized by high power density and high heat dissipation. Besides, the size and weight of the power supply are strictly limited. Therefore, it is difficuh to design the lightweight and highly reliable power supply for a vehicle-borne phased-alTay radar in the small space. According to the work environment characteristics and boundary conditions of the power supply for a vehicle-borne radar, the overall structure design method of the power supply is proposed. The key issues of the mechanical design, the thermal design and the environmental adaptabilily design are focused. The de- sign result and the final test have proved that the power supply has good work stability and reliability. The design result can provide a reference to the structure design of vehicle-borne radar power supply.
