摘要 介绍了某相控阵雷达阵面电源的实施方案 ,该电源采用移相控制零电压开关PWM变换技术 ,既能实现功率管的零电压开关 ,又能实现功率管的恒定频率控制 ,是电力电子技术的发展方向之一。通过 42V /3 60A相控阵雷达阵面电源的研制 。 A scheme for implementation of a power supply for phased array radar is introduced in this paper. The power supply adopts phase shifted zero voltage switching PWM converting technology, which realizes both zero voltage switching and constant frequency,control of power tube as one of the development trends of power electronics. Through the development of a 42 V/360 A power supply for phased array Radar, the characteristics of PS ZVS PWM technology and key technical problems are resolved.
