摘要
通过对重型汽车尿素箱支架进行道路载荷谱采集和CAE分析,总结一套适用于重型车辆支架疲劳验证的台架试验规范。首先在试验场完成了尿素箱支架载荷谱采集,分析支架在各种道路下的受力工况,并对改进前、后的支架结构进行仿真分析,然后根据功率谱在电磁振动台上进行振动疲劳试验,通过台架试验表明改进后的支架满足设计疲劳寿命要求。总结的试验方法对结构件具有普遍适用性,能够指导结构类零部件新产品的开发与疲劳验证工作。
Based on bracket loading spectrum and CAE, a rig testing method for bracket fatigue was introduced in this paper. Firstly, the urea tank bracket loading was collected in testing ground, and the stress and acceleration were analyzed under different road condition. CAE were separately finished for former and improved bracket. According to loading power spectrum, the vibration fatigue comparison test was performed on the electro-magnetic vibration rig. The result shows that the improved bracket can fulfill the design life. The testing method proposed in this paper is universally applicable, which can provide guidance on development and fatigue validation for components.
