摘要
教育是改变弱势群体儿童处境不利状况的根本途径。然而,当前我国弱势群体儿童的学前教育公平问题依然十分严峻。法律缺失与政府责任缺位是导致我国弱势群体儿童学前教育不公平的主要原因。因此,政府对保障弱势群体儿童学前教育公平应承担主导责任。加强立法与社会问责,是落实政府保障责任的重要路径。
Education is a fundamental way to change the situation of disadvantaged children. However, many disadvantaged children are still exposed in an unequal preschool educational environment. The main reasons include the lack of efficient legal enforcement and the lack of government responsibility. Government should take the leading responsibility to ensure preschool educational equality for disadvantaged children. Strengthening the legislative and social accountability is an important way that government can take to ensure it is taking its responsibility.
