摘要
球类集体项目作为一个组织或团队,具有团队边界和团队边界活动。通过分析提出我国集体球类项目的团队边界类型主要分为物质边界、制度边界和社会心理边界。团队边界具有限制属性和授权属性,与两种属性相对应的则是集体球类项目团队边界的过滤(保护)功能和渗透(开放)功能。集体球类项目的边界管理活动分为内向边界管理活动和外向边界管理活动,前者包括边界培养和边界巩固两个维度,后者包括边界缓冲和边界跨越两个维度。集体球类项目运动队的管理者在管理过程中要控制好内向管理活动和外向管理活动的平衡,达到边界管理活动的理想状态,实现球队团队效能的最大化。
Collective ball events have team boundary and team boundary activities as a team or organization. In this paper, team boundary types of collective ball events can be divided into material boundary, the system boundary and social psychological boundary. Team boundary has limited attributes and authorized attributes and corresponding to the two kinds of attributes is the collective ball team boundary filtering （protecting） function and permeating （opening） function. Boundary management activities of collective ball games are divided into inward boundary management activities and outward boundary management activities. The former includs two dimensions：boundary training and boundary consolidation. The latter also includs two dimensions ： boundary cushion and boundary spanning. The manager of the collective ball games should control the balance of inward management activities and outward management activities in the process of management, so as to reachs the ideal state of boundary management and realizs the maximization of team effectiveness.
