摘要
受组织边界理论的启发,运用一些组织边界理论,分析了图书馆这种特殊组织的边界情况,并初步提出了图书馆边界的定义,对图书馆边界进行了初步的分类,给出了通过图书馆边界确定图书馆能力的模型。通过对图书馆边界的研究和界定,提升图书馆管理水平。
Organization boundary theory was adopted to study boundaries of a library,a special organization.The definition of library boundary were offered and accordingly its preliminary classification was made.Further,a model was provided for determining a library's capacity by its boundary.The research and definition of library boundaries is expected to help enhance library management.
