摘要
采用核心力量训练方法对青少年羽毛球业余选手进行训练。结果显示:核心力量训练能快速有效地提高青少年羽毛球业余选手的身体力量素质,促进其专项技能的掌握。
In order to study the core strength training effect on teenagers amateur badminton athletes physical quality and technical level, the core strength training methods for training of Juvenile Badminton amateurs. The results show: the core strength training can effectively improve the Juvenile Badminton amateur physical strength quality, promote their special skills.
