摘要
虽然越来越多的运动项目已把核心稳定性训练看作运动员体能训练的重要组成部分,但许多教练员和运动员无论对于理论的理解,还是在实践的操作层面都存在一定的疑惑。基于这一现状,通过对相关文献资料的梳理与归纳,对现有研究成果的分析与比较,力图从竞技体育角度对核心稳定性及其相关生物学概念和功能进行解释和说明,对其常见的训练方法和手段进行比较和讨论,对其有效训练计划的制定进一步总结和统一认识,并尝试为今后竞技体育核心稳定性训练的发展重点提供建设性意见。
Although more and more core stability exercises are recommended in sports conditioning pro- grams, many coaches and athletes didn't know more about core stability training theory and methods clearly. For this purpose, this paper tries to make explanation on core stability and related concepts of bi- ology and function from the angle of competitive sports through using the method of literature review and induction, analyzes the existing research results, discusses the traditional training method and way, further summarizes and understands the effective training plan,and provides the constructive suggestions for fu- ture development of core stability training of competitive sports.
