摘要
以激励机制的相关理论为依据,结合青少年羽毛球训练的实际,找出目前基层羽毛球训练中激励机制存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。
Based on the incentive mechanism related theory,combining the actual training of teenagers badminton players,the author find out the problems of incentive mechanism in basic unit badminton training,and gives some suggestions.
