摘要
目的 建立一种全新的固相支撑液液萃取-气相色谱串联质谱检测血中8种苯二氮(卓)类药物的方法.方法 用固相支撑液液萃取柱(SLE)对样品进行分散及固定,乙酸乙酯进行洗脱,然后用气相色谱-串联质谱仪测定.结果 8种苯二氮(卓)类药物的质量浓度与其峰面积均在10~1000ng/mL之间呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)在0.3~2.5ng/mL之间,以空白血液样品为基体进行回收试验测得回收率在85.2%~98.2%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.1%~6.1%之间.结论 该方法具有消耗检材少、简便、快速、准确和灵敏度高等特点.
Objective To develop a GC-MS/MS method for determination of henzodiazepines in blood. Methods Samples were extracted with supported liquid extraction columns and eluted by ethyl acetate. The collected solutions were analyzed by GC- MS/MS. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10ng/mL-1000ng/mL. The limit of detection (LOD) was in the range of 0.3- 2.5ng/mL. The average recoveries were in the range of 85.2%-98.2 %, and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.1%-6.1%. Conclusion The method had high sensitivity and selectivity, and was suitable for determina- tion of benzodiazepine in blood.
