摘要
建立了同时检测保健品中非法添加的8种镇静催眠药的分析方法。用甲醇直接提取,以10mmol·L-1甲酸铵(pH3.5)和乙腈为流动相,采用Agilent Zorbax SB C18(100mm×2.1mm×3.5μm)色谱柱进行分离,电喷雾离子源,正离子多反应监测扫描方式分析检测。8种镇静催眠药的检测限均不高于1mg·kg-1,回收率为73.3%~99.0%。
Total of 8 sedative hypnotic drugs illegally mixed into health products were simultaneously detected by LC-MS/MS. Methanol was used as the extraction solution. Mobile phase was included 10 mmol.L^-1 ammonium formate (pH 3.5) and acetonitrile, Agilent Zorbax SB C18 (100 mm × 2.1 mm× 3.5μm)column was used to separate the compounds, and mass data were acquired with the ESI(+) MRM mode. The LODs of sedative hyponotic drugs are no more than 1 mg.kg^-1. Recoveries of the eight drugs are 73.3%-99.0%.
