摘要
探讨了当前食品安全领域的检测和监测技术,包括近红外光谱、高光谱图像、计算机视觉、人工嗅觉与人工味觉、生物芯片等检测技术;同时详细介绍了这些检测技术的基本原理和应用特点,总结了我国食品安全的发展方向以及存在的问题。
The detection and monitoring technology in the field of food safety was discussed, including near infrared spectroscopy, hyperspeetral image technology, computer vision technology, artificial olfaction and artificial taste detection technology, biochip technology and so on. The basic principles and application features of detecting techniques was introduced, and the development direction of food safety in our country and existing problem was summarized.
