摘要
叙述了近红外光谱技术的原理与方法,并对近红外光谱技术在农作物领域的应用研究进行了介绍,指出近红外光谱技术作为一种非破坏性的检测技术将在农作物中有广阔的应用前景。
This paper introduced technical principle and the technical method of the near-infrared spectrum technology, and carried on the introduction to the near-infrared spectroscopy technology application in Crops. And point out that the NIRS as a nondestructive method will be have a broad prospect in the practical applications in crops.
