摘要
刺梨组培繁殖,试管苗极易出现黄化,在继代繁殖中,连续多代筛选,选出了抗黄化的“绿色1号”芽丛系。
In the propagation of Rose roxburghii in vitro, the seedlings became yellow very easily. In suculture, colonal buds of Green I with resisting yellowing were obtained through breeding and screening.
