本文概述了中国刺梨的研究进展,包括刺梨的种质资源、形态、解剖、细胞学、生理学、组织培养、人工栽培技术、果实的营养生化、成分分析、刺梨汁保健防癌作用、品种选育、病虫防治、果实的贮藏保鲜、加工利用等。
The present paper is a rewiew of the main progress of the studies on Cili (R. rexburghii Tratt.) in China. The areas mentioned are: germplasm resources, morphology, anatomy, cytology, physiology, tissue culture, cultural techniques, biochemical compo sition of fruit, hcalth care and anti-cance-rogenic function of Cili juice, breeding and selection of new cultivars, plant protection, storage and bever-ge processing of Cili.
