摘要
基于天津中医药大学中医学"院校+师承"人才培养目标,探索中医临床应用型人才培养途径,在中医传承班运行中医经典"课程-实训-临床"三位一体的教学模式,课程教学实施院校与师承互动,导读精读选修渐进,自学诵读跟师结合,重在培养中医思维;实训教学实施案例分析训练,通过集中实训、自主实训和实训考核,重在提高中医辨证思维能力;临床教学实施五年一贯导师制,辅以家传学习和统一见习实习,重在培养和提高临床辨证论治能力和综合诊疗技能。"三位一体"教学模式在传承班3个年级的实践表明,对中医思维的养成、临床能力的提升具有显著效果,对中医应用型人才的培养具有肯定作用。
The training way of TCM practical talents was investigated based on TCM talent training objective in the Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A trinity teaching mode of course-practice-clinic of TCM classics was operated in inheritance class. The purpose is to improve students' TCM thought, thinking ability of TCM syndrome differentiation and comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic skills in clinic. The practice in inheritance class for 3 years indicated that this teaching mode was effective for the development of TCM thought, clinical ability and practical talent training.
