摘要
面对当前社会对中医药人才中医特色不鲜明的质疑和困惑,结合辽宁中医药大学在师承特色实验班的探索和实践中取得的经验,深刻阐释中医教育发展规律,注重挖掘传统中医精髓,提出了将"以‘师带徒’为主要特征的师承教育模式"引进院校教育的观点,使现代中医药院校教育与中医传统传承模式有机结合,着力塑造"重素质.厚文化、重传承.熟经典、重实践.多临床"的特色中医药人才。这一观点和理论对当前中医教育改革和建构现代中医教育思想体系,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
In front of the query and confusion to TCM talents without bright TCM characteristics in current society, and combining with the experience on exploration and practice of master-apprentice education experimental class, the paper explained deeply the development rules of TCM education, excavated TCM pith, and raised the opinion of introducing master-apprentice education mode into university education. The purpose is to integrate organically university education and TCM traditional master-apprentice education and train TCM talents with the characteristics in quality training, cultural cultivation, traditional inheritance, classics study and clinical practice. The opinion has theoretical and actual importance to the current reform and ideological system construction of TCM education.
