摘要
根据高速铁路列车调度应急处置工作的特点建立列车调度员应急处置能力评价指标体系,采用多层次模糊综合评价法构建模糊综合评价模型。通过对评价指标进行量化,采用模糊判断矩阵计算指标权重系数,对调度员的应急处置能力进行模糊综合评价。实例表明,该模型对提高高速铁路行车应急处置安全具有积极作用。
According to the characteristics of emergency treatment works of high-speed railway trains traffic control, the evaluation index system of dispatcher＇s emergency treatment ability is established and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is built by using multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through quantizing the evaluation index, the index weight coefficient is calculated by using fuzzy set matrix, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is taken on dispatcher＇s emergency treatment ability. The example shows the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model has active role on increasing emergency treatment safety of high-speed railway operation.
