摘要
为针对地铁突发事件应急能力展开有效评估,构建具有4个一级指标和19个二级指标的可拓评价模型,并利用改进层次分析法确定指标权重。以济南地铁某线为例展开实例计算可得:待评线路应急能力处于较强的级别,与实际情况相符;地铁运营公司仍需进一步提高事前监测预备能力,以期达到更高的应急能力水平。
In order to effectively evaluate the emergency response capability of metro,an extenics evaluation model with 4 first level indexes and 19 second level indexes is constructed,and the index weight is determined by the improved AHP.Taking a line of Jinan metro as an example,it is concluded that the emergency capacity of the line to be evaluated is at a strong level,which is consistent with the actual situation.The metro company still needs to further improve the pre monitoring preparation capacity in order to achieve a higher level of emergency capacity.
