摘要
结合伦敦地铁大爆炸事件,分析了国外地铁应对突发事件的现状,指出目前地铁安全运营在安检系统、结构设计、管理体系等方面存在的缺陷。地铁应对突发事件可以从灾前预防和灾后救援两方面入手。提出了完善结构设计(如增设救援专用通道、增设地铁与临近建筑的联络通道等),以及建立高效的调度系统等预防措施,并给出了救援预案。
In the light of London metro explosion event, this paper analyses the present state of the countermeasure on emergency event at home and abroad, points out the deficiency of metro operation in safety examination system, construction design ＆ management system, puts forward the countermeasures, such as adding special charmels for rescue, adding connections with neighborhood building, adding danger detecting system, so as to take effective rescue countermeasure on emergencies.
