摘要
通过对汽车装配工艺的现状及可能存在的问题进行分析,归纳出汽车装配工艺评价的指标体系;针对指标体系所具有的特点,文章采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法(多层次模糊综合评价法)对汽车装配工艺进行了研究,并使评价结果定量化。结合某装配工艺的实际,对其指标体系进行实例分析,结果充分证明此评价方法的可行性和正确性,有助于决策者对装配工艺进行改进或继续保持。
This paper concludes the index system of evaluation for car＇s assembly through analyzing the technical fact of car＇s assembly and the possible problems. It onalyzes car＇s assembly with the help of the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and it presents the evaluation results with digital values after researching one company＇s car-assembly. The results show the availability and validity of the method, which can help the leader of company to evaluate the improve or persistence of the assembly.
