摘要
目的 分析顽固性额叶癫痫患者的临床特征、外科治疗方法及治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析我院45例顽固性额叶癫痫患者的临床资料,分析其临床表现、诊断方法、手术特征及疗效等。结果所有患者随访1～2 a,其中20例满意,12例显著,3例良好,10例较差,有效率77.8%,不良反应少。结论 顽固性额叶癫痫患者临床表现复杂多样,且多数病情较重。术前应用MRI、脑电图、颅内埋置电极方法准确定位癫痫灶,选择合理的手术方式是彻底清除癫痫灶、获得良好治疗效果的关键所在。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical characteristics, surgical treatment methods and effect on intractable frontal lobe epilepsy patients. Methods Retrospective analysis was undergone about the clinical data of 45 patients with intrac- table frontal lobe epilepsy, statistical analysis was carried on about the clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods, surgical characteristics and curative effect, etc. Results all cases were followed up for 1 to 2 years, 20 patients got satisfactory curative effect, the curative effect of 12 patients was obvious, 3 cases was good, 10 cases was poorer, the treatment effective rate was 77.8%, adverse reactions were rare and mild. Conclusion patients with intractable frontal lobe epilepsy has complex and varied clinical manifestations, and most of them are in serious condition. Before operation, using MRI, EEG, intracranial electrodes embedded method to target the epileptogenic zone accurately, and choosing reasonable operation method is the key to clear epi- leptogenic zone completely and get a good therapeutic effect.
