摘要
【目的】建立烟田样品中残留的阿维菌素和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐（以下简称甲维盐）的同时检测方法。【方法】样品经提取后，采用柱前衍生化法，再利用高效液相色谱荧光法进行检测。【结果】当阿维菌素和甲维盐的添加质量浓度在0．01～1．00mg／L时，阿维菌素和甲维盐在烟田样愠（包括烟田土壤、烤烟叶、鲜烟叶）中的回收率分别为82．08％-113．63％和83．64％～101．51％，相对标准偏差分别为0．93％-3．71％和1．49％-5．33％。【结论】该方法稳定可靠，试验前处理简单，回收率、精密度和准确性完全达到残留分析要求。
[Aims] It was to develop the simultaneous determination method for abamectin and emamectin benzoate in tobacco fields samples. [Methods] The samples were extrcated by acetonitrile, derivatized before column, and detected by HPLC-FD. [Results] While the adding concentration of abamectin and emamectin benzoate was 0.01-1.00 mg/L, the recovery of abamectin and emamectin benzoate in tobacco sample （soil planted tobacco, flue-cured tobacco, fresh tobacco） was 82.08-113.63% and 83.64-101.51%, the relative standard deviation was 0.93-3.71% and 1.49-5.33%. [Conclusions] The method is stable, reliable, fast and easy, the recovery, precision and accuracy full meet with the requirements of residue analysis in this study.
