摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定宫炎康胶囊中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用Aglient C18为色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(15∶85),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为316 nm。结果阿魏酸在2.58~12.88μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.1%。结论方法简便,结果准确,能有效控制宫炎康胶囊的质量。
Object^（-1）ive To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of ferulic acid in Gongyankang Cap- sules. Methods The determination was carried out with Aglient Cls colmnn. The mobile phase was Acetonitrile - 0. 4% phosphoric acid（ 15：85 ）. The flow rate was 1.0mL ·min and the detective wavelength was at 316nm. Results The good linear range of ferulic acid was 2.58 - 12.88μg ·mL- 1. The average recoveiT was 98.4% with RSD = 1. 1%. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Gongyankang Capsules.
