摘要
为探明苎麻胶质含量及其组分的基因型差异 ,以及苎麻胶质含量与原麻产量、纤维支数的关系 ,以 2 5份苎麻品种为材料 ,对原麻胶质含量及其组分进行了系统分析 .结果表明 :苎麻不同基因型间胶质含量存在明显的差异 ,其变异幅度为 2 3.94%~ 37.83% ,极差达 13.89% ,变异系数为 10 .96 % .苎麻胶质各组分中 ,以半纤维素的含量 (14.0 8% )最高 ,其余依次为水溶物 (7.90 % )、果胶质 (4 .35 % )、木质素 (1.2 4% ) ,而其变异系数则以木质素最大(31.45 % ) ,其余依次为果胶质 (14.71% )、水溶物 (10 .76 % )、半纤维素 (10 .6 5 % ) .苎麻胶质总含量 (y)与其脂腊质(x1 )、水溶物 (x2 )、果胶质 (x3)、半纤维素 (x4)、木质素 (x5 )的最优回归方程为 y =0 .2 86 + 0 .946 x2 + 1.0 48x3+0 .987x4+ 1.0 43x5 .
The contents and components of non cellulose matter were systematically analysed by using 25 varieties.The results show that there are remarkable differences of non cellulose matter,from 23.94% to 37 83%,among genotypes with a range of 13 89% and a variation coefficient of 10 9%.Among the non cellulose components,the highest content is hemicellulose (14 08%);the next is water dissolovable matter (7 90%),pectin (4 35%),lignin (1 24%).The highest variation coefficient is that of lignin;the next is pectin (14 71%),water dissolvable matter (10 76%),hemicellulose (10 65%).The best regression equation between the whole non cellulose matter (y) and fat wax (x 1),water dissolvalbe matter (x 2),pectin (x 3),semi cellulose (x 4),lignin (x 5) can be concluded as:y=0 286+0 946x 2+1 048x 3+0 987x 4+1 043x 5
