摘要
本研究以6份苎麻品种为材料,通过测定叶中PAL、CAD、POD活性和纤维中木质素的含量,研究木质素形成和相关酶类的动态变化。苎麻不同品种木质素含量差异显著,同一品种的三季麻木质素含量无显著差异。在木质素形成过程中,PAL、CAD、POD活性均呈现先升后降的趋势,在纤维成熟期,PAL、CAD、POD活性与木质素含量增长相对应,但POD活性落后于PAL和CAD活性。
The paper studied six ramie varieties, in which the content of lignin in the fiber and PAL, CAD, POD activities in the leaves were tested for studying lignin synthesis and the dynamic changes of relevant enzymes. The result showed that there were obvious difference among varieties and no difference in different harvest seasons of the same variety. During the lignin synthesis, PAL, CAD, POD activities rose up rapidly and then fell down, while the changes of PAL, CAD, POD activities were consistent with lignin content at the stage of fiber maturity. POD activity fell behind PAL and CAD activities.
