摘要
利用RAPD分子标记技术对11个甜瓜品种进行品种区别和种子纯度鉴定,结果表明,采用优化的RAPD-PCR条件以及利用引物W97225、97255、W97274、W97276、W97295可以将11个甜瓜品种区别开来,同时还利用引物W97295对银辉甜瓜的种子纯度进行了鉴定。
To discriminate eleven cuhivars of Cucumis me/o L. and test their genetic purity of seeds, RAPD molecular markers were used. By using the optimized conditions for RAPD-PCR and primers of W97225, 97255, W97274, W97276 and W97295, the eleven cuhivars of melon can be distinguished from each other. The genetic purity of Yinhui cuhivar was tested with primer W97295.
