摘要
蔬菜、水果中的残留有机磷经过乙腈提取，提取溶液经过滤、浓缩后，用丙酮定容，采用岛津GC-2010型气相色谱仪，自动进样，Rtx-1毛细管色谱柱，以保留时间定性，外标法定量。仪器的最小检测量满足国标要求，最低检出浓度为0．01-0．03mg·kg^-1，样品的加标回收率为60．0％～140．0％。采用气相色谱法检测挥发性农药，具有高选择性、高分离效能、高灵敏度、快速等特点。
Residual organophosphate in vegetables and fi＇uits was extracted with acetonitrile, after filter and concentration, the solution was dilute with acetone. Applied Rtx-1 capillary vessel chromatographic column and auto-injection, qualitative analysis was done by retention time and quantitative analysis by external standard curve. The least determination limit was 0.01-0.03mg/kg, the recovery rate of sample was 60.0%-140.0%. This method had high selection, high separation efficiency and high sensibility.
