摘要
采用气相色谱仪配备火焰光度检测器测定蒜苗中8种有机磷农药的残留。试样在前处理过程中先进行微波处理,比较不同微波功率及微波时间对去除含硫化合物的影响,结果证明试样经640W功率下微波处理40s后硫化物去除效果理想,且对8种有机磷农药影响较小。在0.04mg/kg、0.1mg/kg和0.2mg/kg三个加标水平下,8种有机磷农药的回收率为71.6%~97.1%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~8.6%,检出限为0.007~0.018mg/kg。试验结果均符合蔬菜有机磷农药的检测。
Concentrations of eight organophosphorus pesticide residues in garlic sprouts were determined by gas chromatography (GC) with FPD. The sample was firstly heated in a microwave oven during pretreatments, and the influence of microwave power and time was studied for removing the sulfur-containing compounds. The results showed that the effect was excellent when the power was 640 W and the time was 40 s, and there was few influence to the eight organophosphorus pesticides. The recoveries of all pesticides were from 71.6% to 97.1% with the relative standard deviations between 1.9% and 8.6% when adding 0.04 mg/kg, 0.1 mg/kg and 0.2 mg/kg standards to the blank samples, as well, the detection limits were in the range of 0.007-0.018mg/kg. This method can satisfy the requirements of organophosphorus pesticide determinations for vegetables.
