慈溪市蔬菜农药残留时空变化及质量安全风险评估 被引量:23

The temporal-spatial dynamic changes of pesticide residues in vegetables and the risk evaluation of the vegetable quality and safety in Cixi City

摘要 对慈溪市农产品批发市场、散户种植和蔬菜生产基地的7大类500个蔬菜样本的20种农药残留情况进行了定点跟踪监测。结果表明,2008年蔬菜农药总残留量具有先上升后下降的动态变化趋势;其中豆类、茎类和叶菜类蔬菜农药残留超标率高于其他种类蔬菜,散户蔬菜高于农批市场蔬菜和基地蔬菜;从安全指数和农药污染综合值评价,乙酰甲胺磷、三唑磷、氧乐果、毒死蜱、氰戊菊酯和氯氟氰菊酯是影响慈溪市蔬菜质量安全的主要因素。 The temporal-spatial dynamic changes of pesticide residues and the risk evaluation of the vegetable quality and safety in Cixi city was studied.Twenty kinds of pesticide residues in seven kinds of vegetables from the vegetable production base,wholesale market and individual peasant household in Cixi were investigated quarterly during a whole year.The results showed that dynamic change trend of pesticide residues first increased and then decreased in 2008.The exceeding standard rates of legume vegetables,stalk and stem vegetables and leafy vegetables were higher than those of other kinds of vegetables,and the pesticide residues of vegetables from individual peasant household were higher than those from wholesale market and vegetable production base.It was indicated that acephate,fenvalerate,triazophos,cyhalothrin,chlorpyrifos and omethoate were the primary factors affecting the safety of vegetable quality in Cixi from the evaluation of safety index and comprehensive pesticide pollution value.
