摘要
新进专任教师是高职院校师资队伍的新生力量,通过对新进专任教师的现状分析,并加强队伍建设,对提升高职师资整体水平十分重要。以深圳职业技术学院为例,对近5年新进专任教师的现状、存在问题进行分析,并提出强化建设、扩大自主权、推行高职院校教师资格制度等建议。
New full-time teachers are the newly emerging forces of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. The study and research on them are quite essential for improving the overall level of the teaching faculty in higher vocational colleges. Taking Shenzhen Polytechnic as a case study, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of its teachers employed in the past five years. The author gives such advices as strengthening teachers’ development, enlarging the autonomy right of teachers, and carrying out teachers’ qualification system in higher vocational colleges.
