摘要
目的比较肺癌患者与健康者血清的紫外光谱,寻找它们的差异,从而为肺癌的早期诊断提供新的方法。方法应用紫外光谱对17例肺癌患者血清与22例健康者血清进行分析,比较了它们的Amax/Amin、波峰位置以及波谷位置的差异。结果肺癌患者的A max/A min(平均值:1.586)总体小于健康者的A max/A min(平均值:1.74)(P<0.05),肺癌患者的波谷位置(平均值:255.382)总体大于健康者的波谷位置(平均值:252.863)(P<0.01),波谷位置与A max/A min可以用于判别肺癌患者与健康者血清。结论通过紫外光谱分析人血清可以为肺癌诊断提供重要的数据,因此血清的紫外光谱有可能成为肺癌诊断的一个潜在工具。
Objective To explore a new method for the early diagnosis of lung cancer by comparing the ultraviolet spectrum of lung cancer patients’ and healthy persons’ serum to find their differences. Methods We analyzed ultraviolet spectra of serum samples from 17 lung cancer patients and 22 healthy persons,and then compared differences of their A max / A min,absorption peak and vale location. Results The A max / A min ratios of lung cancer patients( average: 1. 586) were lower than those of healthy persons( average: 1. 74)( P &lt; 0. 05),and absorption vale locations of lung cancer patients( average: 255. 382) were higher than those of healthy persons( average: 252. 863)( P &lt; 0. 01),indicating the A max / A min ratio and absorption vale might be used to distinguish serum from lung cancer patients and healthy persons. Conclusions Analysis of ultraviolet spectra of human beings’ serum samples can provide important data for diagnosis of lung cancer,and serum’s ultraviolet spectrum may be a potential useful tool for diagnosis of lung cancer.
