摘要
用分光光度计测定癌细胞吸收光谱,通过三种不同试验条件的比较,结果表明:参比池中采用2.8ml蒸馏水+0.1ml血清+0.1mlPBS缓冲液时,能得到癌细胞具体、准确的信息,并且重现性较好,峰位及峰值强度的方差分别为0.6099、0.0238。
The results of measuring cancer cells' absorption spectrum by spectrophotometer and comparing three different test conditions show that when the reference cell cavity is filled with buffer solution consisting of 2.8ml distilled water and 0.1ml serum and 0.1ml PBS,the concrete and precise information about cancer cell can be acquired,and the spectrum repeatability is good,with variance of the peak shift and peak intensity being 0.0238 in turn.
